Terms & Conditions
● Non-Refundable 50% deposit due at time of booking; paid towards event total
● Balance due seven (7) days prior event date
● Cancellations within seven (7) days of event date will require payment of balance due at time of cancellation
● Tax is not charged on room rental; it is charged to add-ons
● Acceptable forms of payment: cash, credit or debit card
● This waiver is required to be signed by host
● Host is responsible for guests and their behavior
● Confetti, glitter, and anything that will cause damage to walls or equipment is prohibited
● Rental includes 15 minutes setup prior event and 15 minutes cleanup post event
● Limited outside food is allowed – discuss with SSEC (We are now requiring the purchase of beer/wine/water/soda/etc.)

No alcohol will be served at birthday parties
● SSEC reserves the right to approve or deny outside food beverages request
● If request is approved, a flat fee of $75 will be charged
● Room capacity is 50 and includes 11, 6’ tables and 30 chairs; tv monitor for showing content – bring flash drive
● Event Manager will meet you upon arrival and remain for duration of event
● Group cleanup requirements: all trash thrown away, removal of any decorations you put up and any other items brought in (whatever remains will be discarded), cleanup of messes beyond the normal (for example - spilled beverages and similar scenarios)
